Well here we go with lots of photos. Unfortunately I didn’t remember to snap photos of everything — hey I’m new at this. So, these are just some recent eats from the past few days ! 🙂
First some cinnamon apple chai tea with fat free whip cream 🙂 mmm ! Perfect for a sweets craving.
I got really excited this morning when I got to have OIAJ ! Better’n peanut butter is my favorite. I could literally eats the entire jar if I didn’t control myself :p
And here we’ve got some Greek yogurt, some blueberries, kamut puffs, truvia, and waldens syrup ! Perfect for an after workout recovery snack!
This was an after dinner dessert. I’m attempting to eat more fruits! This is banana, pear, apple with waldens syrup again. Yum !
A Rita’s gelati .. Oops where did that come from ?! Haha 😉 mango water ice and vanilla ice cream!
A recent breakfast , oatmeal with apple and cinnamon and some chia seeds ! Gotta get those omega 3s 😉
Best protein shake ever ! Chocolate protein, ice, half cup milk, cinnamon, truvia, raspberries, and a quarter banana. It was delicious !
