Sorry for being MIA ..again.

Hey guys! It’s been way too long. I’ve been so busy with school and squeezing the gym in early in the mornings. Actually, right after I write this post, I am off to the gym.

I’ve been hitting the gym really hard because I have to be in and out in an hour ! ! That is crazy talk there! I am usually in the gym for at least, AT LEAST, Β an hour and a half.

So, I’ve been rushing through all my workouts, but it is really making a positive difference. Why? Because my resting periods between sets have shortened, my heart rates staying higher, and I am incorporating lots of drop sets and super sets!

I am focusing on gaining muscle! … It’s no easy feat. To go from a contest prep diet, to a gaining diet kind of sounds like fun right? More food! Who wouldn’t love that right? .. WRONG. It’s difficult. I feel stuffed most of the time. I still eat clean, but I eat double. I’ve been doing this for like 3 weeks, and I have only gained about 1 pound. Our bodies really do fight change!

I’ve been lifting really heavy too to gain muscle. I now do legs twice a week. Tryna build that bootyyyyy πŸ˜‰ hahah

How have you all been?! Anyone else trying to gain muscle mass right now? Thoughts on “bulking’?
